I smile and find comfort thinking about all the times my parents have told me “necessity is the key to invention”. This quote has pushed me out of my comfort zone numerous times, forced me to get creative, and reminded me about my dream to “be a boss”. I figured out a necessity when my adorable six-year-old cousin came to me asking how to get rid of his “scary thoughts”. He had watched parts of Jeepers Creepers and was having trouble sleeping because of nightmares. After coming to me a few times asking how to get “that scary man out of his head” I realized I could help him more than just telling him to imagine himself on Splash Mountain (his favorite ride) at Disneyland. So I created a protection spray for him. “This will keep the monsters out?” he asked uneasily. I reassured him as we shielded each door in the house with a few sprays ending with his pillow and he quickly fell asleep. Safe to say he loved his No More Monsters Spray after one night of using it.
The No More Monsters Spray contains a blend of lavender, cedarwood, and valor essential oils. While smelling warm and woody this blend eases bedtime nerves to allow for a restful night of sleep. Solely each of these oils are very beneficial leading their blend to be a very potent product.

Lavender essential oil is a very calming sent combating anxiety, stress, headaches, and insomnia. The oil does this through slowing down blood pressure and heart rate.

Cedarwood essential oil has an uplifting sent. While soothing anxious feelings it allows the brain to stop processing, which drastically lowers stress levels.

Valor essential oil is also known as “courage in a bottle”. The oil is a blend itself containing spruce, rosewood, blue tansy, frankincense, and almond oil. Valor relieves anxiety, increases self-esteem, gives strength, treats insomnia, and relieves depression.
No More Monsters Spray is $5 for a 2 ounce bottle. Keep up with products and their stories through following me with my weekly blogs or on instagram @hippiebliss_.
