But I’m back and wow much has changed… speaking of I better go update my bio. on here to an employed SMC Business Admin. graduate!

That’s right, I’m officially “adulting” or at least trying to. I thought graduation would open the door to more time for HippieBliss but life happens and time flies. I feel like I just took my last Capstone final and magically woke up a week before the Colusa County Craft Faire. So much has happened in the past year that it has been since my last blog post. I’ll give you a little run down and let you know about a few things in store.

Relay for Life happened.

    

I graduated with 4 of my best friends who I miss spending every waking moment with.

I got an apartment with these chicks.

I  started first big girl job, which I am enjoying so much. I work with wonderful people and am extremely lucky to be commuting a mere 5 minutes.

I have also been bit harder than ever by the yoga bug and can’t stay away. I closed my eyes and enrolled in Teacher Training, gasp! Through this experience I am meeting the most inspiring people and learning SO much.

 

Lots and lots of change and growth but here I am ready as ever to take on the craft faire this next weekend, November 18-19 9am-4pm! In addition to the craft faire HippieBliss will also be at the Our Lady of Lords Holiday event on December 7th 5pm-8pm. I am always available to make products or baskets as you need them!

I heard this quote in yoga the other day and thought it was amazing so I wanted to share it. “You might think you don’t matter in this world, but because of you, someone now likes themselves a little bit more because you made a passing comment that made them feel good. Someone has read a book you recommended and they got lost in the pages. Someone has remembered a joke you told them that made them smile to themselves on the bus. Someone has tried on an outfit and felt beautiful because you complimented them on it. Never think you don’t have an impact, your fingerprints can’t be wiped away from the little marks of kindness you’ve left on the world.” You and your kindness matter. Together we make a difference, be a good human and share your light.
